At Boss Lady Secrets we understand that ordering online is not easy. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. Returns are not accepted but exchange are accepted and items must be in original shape with tags and clean, if the item we receive is not in original condition, we will return the item back to you as is.
If the item is in original condition, you can call us or email us the reason you want to exchange the item(s).
Any SALES items cannot be returned its FINAL sale.

At Boss Lady Secrets, we diligently inspects all items before shipping, therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. If one of the items you ordered is a little damaged, we will email you or call you to let you know and show you and if you still want it, we can give you a discount.
When making an return
Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging,If possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original conditions(including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can’t send the invoice, just incluse your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
Write reason of return ont he back of your invoice.
Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Boss ladies, alot of our items our limited edition so once its done, we will not restock since our supplier does not restock. Buy when you can before it’s out of stock.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
As far as customs charges are concerned, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be, if any. If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don’t, the package will be returned to us.
