AFTERPAY AND KLARNA 

  • WHAT IS AFTERPAY or klarna ?
    AfterPay and klarna is a service that allows you to make purchases now, and pay for them in four (4) equal payments every two (2) weeks without any interest nor hidden fees.
  • HOW DOES IT WORK?
    Just shop bossladysecrets.com and follow the normal checkout process. When you get to “Payment Method” choose Afterpay. You will be redirected to their website to register and provide payment details (Visa, Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before , just log in to your Afterpay account. So easy, right?! First time customers will need to register with AfterPay or Klarna and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy
  • HOW MUCH CAN I SPEND?
    All items in your shopping bag must be eligible for AfterPay or klarna, and the bag value must be between $35 and $1000.
  • HOW DOES THE AFTERPAY/ KLARNA SCHEDULE WORK?
    All Afterpay or klarna customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay or klarna to make your payments early. Afterpay or klarna will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your Afterpay or klarna account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
  • CAN I USE AFTERPAY OR KLARNA IF I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?
    You need to check with the country you are.
  • WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY AN AFTERPAY OR KLARNA INSTALLMENT?
    If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged a late payment fee by Afterpay or Klarna. Late fees can be applied up to three times for 3 missed payments, but the late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see Afterpay or Klarna Payment Purchase Agreement.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFTERPAY OR KLARNA?
    Afterpay/ klarna orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frame like any other order placed on our site. All items ship within 1-5 business days.
  • CAN I USE ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT WITH AFTERPAY/KLARNA ?
    Yes, you may use a credit card with Afterpay to pay for your purchase.
  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AFTERPAY/KLARNA?
    AfterPay returns follow our standard return process.
